Return & Exchanges policy

Return & Exchanges Policy:

  • Eligibility for Return:
    Naveskin accepts returns of unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of placing your order. Items purchased between Nov. 4th and Dec. 31st are eligible for an extended return period until Jan. 31st.

  • Conditions for Return:
    Returned products must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed. Merchandise showing signs of wear, scent, or damage will not be accepted for return. Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. If returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, it will not be refunded and will be either discarded or returned to the sender.

  • Return Shipping Fees:
    Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you choose to use our provided return shipping label, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

  • Processing Time:
    Returns can take 3-7 business days to process once the returned package is delivered.

  • Return Authorization:
    Items sent back without prior authorization from support@naveskin.store may take longer to process and might not be eligible for return.
